7 2 Hours Group Tour report
February 20th
‘Can we do snowshoe tour today?’ she said over the phone this morning 🤙
And now here I had three close siblings 💃💃🕺🏻from Belgium 🇧🇪 today!
The younger 💃is an exchange student from Tokyo🗼and is travelling 🛤with her 💃and 🕺 on their visit to 🇯🇵
It rained ☔️ yesterday in Shiga Kogen.
The snow bulk on the surface of the pond (around 1,500m high) had decreased considerably🌨
They said they were not good swimmers 🏊, so we took a shortcut to the edge of the pond, looking for a place where we could walk through.
🌲a native forest, formed by an old lava flow🌋 ☄️with many huge boulders🪨, so if you made a mistake, you could fall into a hole 🕳️ and not come until spring 🌱
But today, the rain had kept the snow surface firm, their adventure continued deeper into the forest🌲🌲🌲
The younger 💃who’s studying 📚 🇯🇵’s history said that Ghibli and 🇯🇵’s 80s pop music were her inspiration for coming to this country to study 📝.
For me, when they were making their way through evergreen forests, they looked like a big Totoro, a middle Totoro, and a small Totoro…🥰
✨ Updated info: now we can walk on the pond again after a dump of a big snowfall🌨
