志賀高原自然保護センター入口のロックガーデンにて、ニッコウキスゲの開花を確認しました。
今年の植物の開花はとにかく早く、1・2週間早いものもあります。
小雪だった影響と春が暖かかったこと、梅雨で水分が浸透したことが影響しているように感じます。
植物の数にも影響が出ており、今年はワタスゲが少なくレンゲツツジの開花状況が非常に良いです。

Confirmation on June 15th:

I confirmed the blooming of the daylilies at the entrance of the Shiga Kogen Nature Conservation Center’s rock garden. The flowering of plants this year is exceptionally early, with some blooming one to two weeks ahead of schedule. I feel that this is due to the lingering snow and the warm spring, as well as the moisture penetration during the rainy season. The number of plants has also been affected, and this year there are fewer cotton grasses, while the flowering condition of The Japanese azalea(Rhododendron molle) is exceptionally good.
