志賀高原一の瀬ダイヤモンドスキー場と焼額山スキー場との間の森の中に静かにたたずむ「一の瀬しなの木」
推定樹齢800年を数え幹回り8ｍ、樹高23mにもなる長野県内1・2を争う巨木です。
しなの木コースは1週60分程度の簡単なトレイルでどなたでも歩きやすいコースとなっています。
季節の花々も足元を彩ります。

Nestled quietly in the forest between Shiga Kogen Ichinose Diamond Ski Resort and Yakebitaiyama Ski Resort is the majestic “Ichinose Shinanoki,” estimated to be around 800 years old. With a trunk circumference of 8 meters and a height of 23 meters, it competes for the title of one of the largest trees in Nagano Prefecture.

The Shinanoki Course is an easy trail that takes approximately 60 minutes to complete, suitable for anyone to enjoy a leisurely walk. The trail is adorned with seasonal flowers, adding vibrant colors at your feet.”
