上信越高原国立公園の特別保護地区にあり、志賀高原を象徴する「大沼池」は森林セラピーロードにも認定されている、神秘的な輝きを見せる志賀高原最大の池です。
昨年、志賀高原ガイド組合が企画した大沼池をメインロケーションとした新しいプログラムにフランスからの留学生6名が参加されました。
早朝の静寂に包まれた大沼池のロケーションを楽しみながら、森の癒しを感じる森林セラピーを体験。地元食材を使ったランチとデザートを楽しみ、志賀高原の自然環境に関するガイドでご案内いたしました。
参加者の皆様には素晴らしいロケーションとプログラムにとても満足いただきました。
今後さらにこのプログラムを磨き上げさらに楽しんでいただけるコンテンツにできるよう研究を重ねてまいります。

Nestled within the special protected area of the Joshin’etsu Kogen National Park, Ōnuma-ike, an emblematic feature of the Shiga Kogen Highlands, holds the title of the largest lake on the Shiga Kogen plateau and has been designated as a certified Forest Therapy Road. It emanates a mysterious radiance.

Last year, Shiga Kogen Guide Association introduced a novel program centered around Ōnuma-ike, where six exchange students from France participated. Amidst the serene ambiance of the early morning at Ōnuma-ike, the participants experienced forest therapy, connecting with the healing power of the woods. They indulged in a lunch and dessert prepared using locally sourced ingredients, and were guided through the natural surroundings of the Shiga Kogen Highlands.

The participants seemed to greatly appreciate the splendid location and program, and we are committed to further refining this program through research to provide even more enjoyable content for the future.
