今日は冬季ガイドたちが集まり、終日トレーニングを行いました💪
午前中は室内でリスクアセスメントやお客様サービス、ギアの注意点について話し合い、認識を共有。
午後は雪上で実践練習☃️ 各ガイドが交代でガイディングを行い、他のガイドからフィードバックを受けながら時間いっぱいまで繰り返しました♻️

お互いのスタイルを体験し合うことで、新たな気づきや課題が見えてくるのが、このトレーニングの魅力🙆
個性豊かなガイドたちですが、「自然が好き」「志賀高原が好き」という気持ちはみんな共通です🥰

この冬も、お客様に最高の体験をご提供できるよう、ガイド一同全力で取り組みます🙌

Today, our winter guides came together for a full day of training 💪
In the morning, we discussed risk assessment, customer service, and important points about using new equipment, ensuring everyone was on the same page👍
In the afternoon, we moved to the snow for guiding training☃️
Each guide took turns leading a session, receiving feedback from others, and we repeated this process until the end of the day♻️

This training is a great way for us to experience each other’s guiding styles, discover new ideas, and identify areas for improvement 🙆
While each of us has a unique approach, we all share a love for nature and for Shiga Kogen 🥰
