4月23日😶‍🌫️(English follows)
午前中は雨と風で、しっとり静かな志賀高原🏔️
でも午後になると…アメリカ🇺🇸から青空と一緒にお客様がご到着！

“自然が大好き！”という素敵なマダムとプリンセスをお連れして、春の森探検へ出発です🙌

志賀高原に自生する樹木🌲の中には、おふたりの故郷・北米にも親戚のような仲間がいて、
植物に詳しいおふたりは「これ、見たことある！」と興味津々👀

葉っぱや樹脂の香りをかいだり、動物の食べ跡や、クマが木に登って食事をした跡を探したり🐻
自然が好きな方にとって、この時期の春の森はまさに宝探しのような楽しさであふれています！

途中で顔を出した太陽☀️が雪面をあたため、幻想的な霧がふわ〜っと立ち上がる中も歩けました😶‍🌫️

そして最後は…プリンセスからのリクエスト、スノースライダー🛷！
営業を終えたゲレンデをまるっと貸し切り状態で、真ん中を豪快に滑り降りていただきました〜！

次の目的地は北海道とのこと。

23 April 😶‍🌫️
The morning brought rain and wind to a quiet, misty Shiga Kogen.
But by the afternoon… our guests from the USA🇺🇸 arrived, bringing the blue skies along with them!

We set off on a spring forest adventure with a lovely madam and her princess, both passionate nature-lovers🙌

Many of the native trees in Shiga Kogen have close relatives in their home country, North America,
so these plant-savvy guests were full of curiosity—spotting familiar species with keen eyes👀

They took in the scent of leaves and resin, searched for animal feeding traces,
and even looked for bear feeding platforms —evidence of where bears have climbed trees to feast.
For those who love the natural world, a spring forest is full of delightful discoveries☘️

As we walked, the sun broke through and warmed the snow, creating a magical mist that floated gently through the trees😶‍🌫️

And finally… the grand finale: a snow slide, just as the princess requested!
With the ski slope closed for the season, we had the whole run to ourselves for an exhilarating ride straight down the middle🛷

Next stop for them—Hokkaido!
